At GTA Inspectors, we use the latest state of the art technologies and equipment to uncover the hidden defect(s) in the building. Thermal Imaging is one of the effective tools to help detect moisture intrusion, plumbing leaks, electrical defects, insulation deficiencies and many other important issues that are not seen by the naked eye. Our team are trained and certified to use IR cameras for finding hidden defects

Inspection Standards Followed
In addition to the local standards set out by Trakheesi, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Dubai Municipality (DM) and Dubai Civil Defense (DCD), GTA Inspectors have adopted the InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) standard of practice SOPInterNACHI's Residential Standards of Practice. InterNACHI is the largest association of property inspection in the world. We have also used the American Society for Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) guidelines for inspecting the HVAC system, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and other relevant internationally recognized inspection organizations that comply with local law and regulatory authorities.
