It has been a proud moment for GTA Inspectors to participate in the Podcast Series- Property Talks by Louise Heatley(Managing Director of Exclusive Links). A platform talking about property inspections is a rare thing! Through this podcast series, we hope to be a passive answer to all the queries or doubts that might have created a home in your mind.
Ehab Farid- CEO, GTA Inspectors, has a wide experience of over three decades in business in North America, Australia, and New Zealand. GTA is InterNACHI CPI certified and dwells well in all property inspections- whether residential or commercial. Property Snagging, as Ehab says, is- “A service involving the identification of a property’s condition at a given time.” Potential buyers who wish to be preventive and alert on the property’s condition; go in for the inspection process during a real estate transaction. Where tenants are involved, owners generally go in for the Move-In & Move-Out inspection to assess the house condition before moving in and after moving out of the property. If we talk about the most popular one- more than 90% of the Inspection business is engaged in the Pre-Handover Inspection, wherein the inspection process involving examination, report generation, and analysis is done right before the property is transferred to the new owners of the place. A property inspection is more of a Visual Inspection which is selective, i.e.; it doesn’t involve the wear and tear of the property. Instead, it is supported by using equipment like a thermal imaging camera or an infrared camera to look through the property. GTA Property Observer is a RERA(Real Estate Regulatory Agency) registered company with an array of certifications in every aspect of the building inspection process. Stay tuned to learn more that’s on the way!
