In this month’s episode of our Podcast, Property Talk from Louise’s Lounge, Louise is pleased to welcome the CEO of GTA Inspectors, Ehab Farid. GTA Inspectors is a RERA-certified snagging company and are also proud members of the worldwide respected Association of Professional Engineers and International Association of Certified Home Inspectors. Ehab starts off the episode by explaining that a property inspection service identifies the condition of a property at a given time. This is important when establishing the value and safety condition of a property but it certainly does not guarantee a property’s future performance. Inspections are requested by tenants and landlords but 90%+ of business conducted by GTA Inspectors is done at the pre-handover stage of an off-plan purchase.
